This handbook is intended as a handy quick reference guide to those people that are in some way involved in developing equipment or systems that rely on frequency or time characteristics in order to correctly function.

The book endeavours to outline some of the important concepts and relationships between frequency and time, and bring together a summary of some useful formulas and references that are used as an integral part of everyday design work in time and frequency applications.
